These terms govern your use of bidtorank.dev and any payment you make to list a URL on the public leaderboard. By submitting a URL or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

The service

bidtorank.dev is a permanent paid directory operated by Ship Sh!t Dev. You pay to place an https URL on a public ranked board. Rank follows bid mechanics described on /rules. Nothing is published until Stripe reports a successful payment.

Eligibility

• You must have authority to list the URL you submit.
• You must comply with the listing rules (https product sites only; no prohibited content).
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Payments

• Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Jump fees and defense pricing apply as listed on the board.
• Listing fees and top-ups are for placement on the board, not a guarantee of traffic, revenue, or a fixed rank over time.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a listing is live. Contact us if checkout succeeded but your listing did not appear.

Your listing

• We fetch title and description from your URL for display. You are responsible for the destination site and its content.
• Outbound links use rel="sponsored" and pass through our click tracker at /go/….
• We may announce new or updated listings on our official social accounts (for example X). That announcement includes your site hostname, rank, and public bidtorank.dev listing URL, not private payment details. A rank #1 announcement may also be pinned manually on our profile.
• We may remove or hide a listing that violates the rules, applicable law, or these terms, without refund, at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, malware, impersonation, spam, or illegal content. Do not attempt to manipulate click counts, rankings, or checkout. Do not scrape or overload the site. Automated agents may use the public API and /skill.md under the same rules as humans.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that the board will meet your marketing goals. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or third-party sites you link to.

Changes

We may update these terms or board mechanics. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
